1. Submit a claim online or by phone.
2. A repair order is submitted by you or the repair facility for the repairs needed.
3. Our Claims Administration team will review your claim.
4. If the claim is approved according to the contract, the repair will be authorized and your repair facility will being the repair.
5. TrustPoint pays the repair facility directly for the claim amount that is covered. For some Vehicle Protection Plan Contracts, TrustPoint may reimburse you by check for the services received.
